ELIGIBILITY :

  • Articles purchased online are eligible for exchange or return within 15 days of delivery or purchase.

  • Items must be unused, unaltered and unwashed with all tags intact.

  • Items must be present in their original packaging.

  • A valid proof of purchase—either the original receipt or order confirmation email is required to process exchanges and returns.

  • Sale or discounted items are not eligible for exchange or return.

You will be required to share proof if you have received an article that is defected, in wrong size, or is incorrect.

EXCHANGES :

  • An exchange request can be initiated phoolsitare.01@outlook.com or by calling 03104206697 within 15 days of order delivery.

  • Proof of purchase— the order confirmation email and order number must be provided.

  • Exchanges are subject to verification of product condition and eligibility.

  • Phool Sitare will arrange a doorstep pick-up of the item(s).

  • Once the items are received and verified, the requested items will be shipped.

  • The exchange process takes approximately 7–10 working days.

Sale/discounted items are not eligible for exchange.

RETURNS :

  • Returns are only accepted if the item delivered was incorrect (wrong size/wrong product) or if the item was defective/damaged at the time of delivery.
